idea for a level (story or challenge)

First of all, maybe you are thinking 'what is the white spot with an X?' well, as it is a flying level in that spot is where you and your pidgot, fearow, or any pokemon that you can teach it 'Fly' are going to be.
In the intro someone will come and say you something and give you the HM: Fly (or win it with a challenge level) and you will teach to a pokemon as a TM, then you will fly and arrive here.
(The yellow line is where the wild pokemons are going to pass and the yellow squares well you know, when you put your pokemons)
When you win the level you will see Gary and his fearow in a cloud fallen down (hurted)

A idea for a challenge level

Look, In my mind it were magikarps on the water that they enter to the area from the highest point of the water, it´s kind of easy but, when the magikarps arrive on the ground they evolve to gyarados and they become really hard to kill.
And the gift is a shiny magikarp.
